I was referred to Janis by a family friend who raved about her experience at her wedding, and I was lucky enough to learn she had my date available, as she is tremendously popular and sought after, and I booked more than a year in advance! It was the BEST decision I ever made in the wedding planning process. This was hands down the most incredible experience and the least stressful, and that is because Janis is the BEST!

After my first trial (which went amazing), she continued to keep in touch with me to check on my skin before the wedding, and it was so above and beyond any customer service I have ever seen. She makes the experience so much fun, and you get to really know what it feels like to be a bride, and to achieve your dream look. She emailed me before the wedding to let me know she bought new products she wanted to try on me, to help with my skin, and gave me another trial, completely free of charge, because she wanted me to have the perfect day, and be happy and confident. So kind!

On the morning of the wedding, she arrived right on time with a bright smile and her assistant, and her fabulous hair stylist (Love you, Janelle!) ready to transform us all. She kept us laughing and happy, and even stayed to help me in my dress, as her experience with bustles surpassed my bridesmaids and she was kind enough to ensure the ENTIRE day went smoothly. Janelle did as well, and even waited for my veil to be placed, in case the hair needed adjusting.

My girls all looked gorgeous, and Janis truly listened to their concerns and hopes for their wedding day look, as some of them wanted to look very natural, while others wanted to embrace a smokey eye, and every single member of the crew (9 of us!) was amazed and so happy. Other huge benefits is her attentiveness to makeup hygiene and bringing the current top professional makeup, that she finds from the best makeup shows, all over the world!

For any makeup lovers out there, Janis is on top of all of the greatest brands and trends.

JANIS is a makeup godsend, but even more so, a friend for life. She truly cares about her clients, and makes them look and feel gorgeous, no matter what obstacles are thrown her way. I arrived to my trial with very troublesome skin and was so worried, and she not only promised to cover it beautifully (and did!) but she was very conscientious of the ingredients that could help or hurt my skin, and went out of her way to find products to treat and improve my skin, and always gave me goodies to try (and they worked! My skin is so much better since seeing Janis!).

For someone who has never been in a picture where the acne is not the focus, with Janis and her team in tow, I was able to enjoy my wedding without any trace of my red bumpy skin.
